The Male Protagonist Kidnapped the Wrong Person - 44

Chapter 44 - "It's not fun"

None of them were talkative, so they finished lunch in silence, and Wang Haili went in to get some rest.

His mother might seem indifferent, but she had prepared a gift for Sang Rou, served them a sumptuous meal, and cleaned up his room in advance.

Qin Zheng suggested the she should take a nap, but Sang Ruo stared at her phone: "No internet."

Qin Zheng pinched her face: "Silly girl. There’s no internet in the mountains. I'll take you to catch fish this afternoon."

Sang Ruo's eyes lit up: "We’re gonna go fishing in the river?"

He chuckled twice: "Where else?"

He put her under the quilt to sleep, and he held a cattail leaf fan* to fan her.

The electric fan in his room hadn’t been used for too long and had broken down. The only air conditioner was in Wang Haili's room.

When Sang Ruo woke up, Qin Zheng had actually changed into shorts and was holding a fishing net, sitting on a small bench waiting for her.

She rolled her eyes and followed him happily.

It was the hottest time in the afternoon. Qin Zheng said that the fish were too hot to move at this time, so it was best time to catch them.

With a straw hat on her head, she carefully walked around the potholes.

The sound of water flowing came closer and closer, and finally, when he pushed aside a clump of branches, a small stream appeared in front of them.

Sang Ruo ran over in surprise, took off her shoes and dipped her feet in the water.

Qin Zheng picked her up and scolded her: "Do you want to catch a cold? It's not warm enough yet."

She was looking at him pleadingly: "I want to go."

There were no swimming lessons in the sanatorium, and she had never seen a real body of water in person. She wanted to squeal in excitement when she saw this place.

Qin Zheng sighed and put her down: "Go right here, don't go too deep, be careful of falling."

Sang Ruo nodded, raised her feet and started splashing the water.

Qin Zheng walked to a deeper place and put down the fishing net, then sat under the shade of a tree, leaning against the tree with his hand on his head and watching her having fun.

She wore his shirt, covering her fair forearms to avoid tanning. Her breasts were swaying with her movements.

Sang Ruo kicked the water at him and looked at him provocatively with her hands on her hips.

Qin Zheng raised his eyebrows, picked up a bottled water and took a sip, ignoring her.

Sang Ruo came ashore with her legs wet. She put her hands on his knees and asked pitifully, "Why don't you play with me?"

Her breasts were squeezed together, hanging downward due to gravity, half exposed to his eyes.

Qin Zheng wiped the water drops on her face and said lazily: "It's not fun."

He's afraid that if he gets into the water and plays with her, he will end up fooling around with her.

Unable to bear Sang Rou’s plea, he could only follow her to the shallow stream.

Her little hands scooped up water and poured it on him, then kicked the water around with her feet.

Qin Zheng saw her naughty look for the first time, and he became interested. He struck back with sharp eyes and quick hands, and half of her body was wet in one go.

Sang Ruo refused to admit defeat and squatted down to splash water using her hands. Unexpectedly, his foot slipped when he was dodging, and he tilted his body and was about to fall.

Qin Zheng reached out to her to steady himself, but he used too much force and both of them fell into the water.
