Chapter 1 - "Have you seen enough?"

 At the entrance of the sanatorium*, two men walked in and knocked down the two caregivers. Then, they lifted Sang Rou up like a chicken——

 

*A specialized hospital for the treatment of specific diseases. Usually located in the countryside, it offers a healthy environment conducive to healing.

After a while, Chen Da spoke again: "Brother Zheng, this girl keeps looking outside. Do you think she’s taking note of the route?"

 

Qin Zheng opened his eyes and saw her looking outside without blinking.

 

He closed the curtains on her side of the car, then kicked Chen Da's driver's seat: "Drive the damn car properly."

 

Chen Da scratched his head. Why is it his fault? This little girl was so pretty.

 

I don't know whether it was due to poor road conditions or the car being shitty, but the drive was bumpy. The little girl was shaken so much but still managed to sit upright, looking extremely uptight.

 

Qin Zheng groaned: Prim and proper.

 

He saw her hands tightly clenched, her knuckles turning white. Even though the girl was still only halfway grown, she maintained her calm demeanor.
