The Law of Food Raising - 31

Chapter 31 - Elemental Decomposition

Samus sent troops to meet him. Without any delay, he launched an attack on the enemy that night.

The combat power of the Royal City is mainly divided into two parts, one is the magic warriors, and the other is the powerful long-range attack weapons. Due to psychic limitations, large weapons are not very sustainable, while small weapons are basically ineffective against magicians.

On the other hand, there are many mutant plants in the wild. Although thermal weapons will not cause large-scale plant riots, local riots are inevitable.

Samus was like a cheetah, moving quickly through the mutated forest. Wherever he went, the wind of knives was everywhere, and the leaves were pouring down like a shower. There was only a rumbling sound coming from the ground, as if some monster was awakened from sleep and roared angrily. The quiet woods began to stir like a frying pan, tracking Samus' aura as it surged forward.

"Your Excellency Samus...are you crazy?" Everyone following him was speechless, watching helplessly as he showed no concern for the plant riots. It was obvious that he wanted to treat others with their own evil. But messages between plants spread very quickly. If an alarm is sent here, it can be transmitted ten miles away in a few seconds. What if a large-scale plant riot really occurs?

"No, Lord Samus has taken the terrain environment into consideration. It is isolated from other mutant areas and there are no leader-level mutant plants. It is unlikely to trigger a large-scale riot." One person explained.

"What I'm saying is, seeing your bravery, my blood is boiling. Let's go and fight!" Thousands of magicians increased their energy and sped up.

The Royal City army had already received news of Kavos' attack, but when they saw Samus rushing towards them with a group of rioting plants, they were still severely shocked. The plants rolled and danced like huge waves, roaring and tearing up the ground, and rushed into the team in the Royal City under the leadership of Samus.

The soldiers fled in all directions, and the formation was instantly broken.

Samus was so murderous that he didn't pay attention to the ordinary soldiers with low combat effectiveness, and only singled out the magicians to attack.

After the initial shock, the magic warriors from the Royal City quickly regained their composure. They received information that Samus was not only parasitized by the parasitic vine, but also seriously injured in the last plant riot, which was nothing to worry about.

Dozens of nearby magic warriors gathered together and attacked Samus together.

They completely did not expect that Samus now not only solved the threat of the parasitic vine, but also soared in strength.

Boom, boom, boom, there were several loud sounds. In one blow, the dozens of enemies were blown away by Samus with great force. Their bones made a cracking sound, and then they were violently thrown away and entered the rioting plants.

The battle between magicians would not be so simple and crude originally, but if faced with the suppression of absolute power, no matter how weird and changeable attack methods are, it will be useless.

Just when Samus was k*lling everyone, the follow-up troops finally arrived. Seeing the chaotic scene in front of them, the alliance troops were startled at first, and then joined the battle with great momentum, as if they had been given permission to draw blood.

The Royal City has ruled Thuran for hundreds of years, and everyone has long been dissatisfied with their dictatorship. Then the food conspiracy was exposed, and they were even more angry. However, there is a huge disparity in strength, and all parties cannot compete with them, so they can only swallow their anger. Now that they finally had a chance to counterattack, and with Samus in front of them, everyone was like wild beasts escaping from their cages, full of fighting spirit and fearless.

However, the influence of harmful food was completely exposed at this moment. The magic warriors in the royal city were much stronger than the alliance army. Except for Samus, most of the others were no match for them. If it weren't for the interference of mutated plants, they might soon be at a disadvantage.

Everyone once again saw the disparity in strength between the two sides, and the more they fought, the more chilled they became.

The magic warriors from the Royal City are their biggest nemesis. Any attack is suppressed, especially the mental power, which is severely damaged almost immediately after the confrontation. Many soldiers in the alliance army showed signs of pain and retreated steadily.

Mental power is the source of magic. Once mental power is damaged, magic will become unbalanced, causing mental disorder or emotional loss.

During the reign of the Oya royal family, they lost their royal power due to mental disorder and emotional loss caused by mutated plants. Hundreds of years have passed, and the Jintilas must have developed substances to adjust mental power, while magicians in other territories have become increasingly weak due to the influence of harmful food.

Seeing that the good situation was gradually reversed, Samus let out a long roar, and the vine lines on his skin turned from light to dark, and the stream of light loomed, making it particularly eye-catching in the darkness.

Both the parasitic vine and the fire thorn were fused in Samus, and he mastered the mutant attributes of the two plants at the same time - parasitism and elemental decomposition!

Countless tentacle-like phantoms extended from Samus' body and pounced on the Royal City warriors with bared teeth and claws. They didn't know what it was, so they all dodged it. But there are still some people who are accidentally swept by the shadow, but they don't feel anything abnormal.

They gradually relaxed their vigilance and continued to attack Samus.

A black whirlpool appeared in Samus' eyes, and he stood still, not moving or avoiding.

"Decompose!" One word came out coldly.

 "Ahhhhhhh--"

Fifty or sixty magic warriors screamed at the same time, and then their muscles swelled, their expressions were distorted, their energy rioted, and their mental aura seemed to be about to collapse at any time.

Others around them subconsciously stopped fighting. Whether they were the Royal City soldiers or the Alliance troops, they all looked at them in horror.

Samus' expression was cold, he clenched his fists, his momentum suddenly gathered, and a turbulent flow suddenly spread out, as if there was a silent explosion of some invisible substance in the air, and the fifty or sixty magic warriors simultaneously fell to the ground, their bodies twitching, and their magical abilities in their body disappeared without a trace.

Everyone was stunned and looked at this scene in disbelief. When they looked at Samus again, their eyes were already filled with fear and horror.

Samus is actually such a powerful being?

What level has his magic level reached? Wasn't he parasitized by a parasitic vine and seriously injured? How can he still be so strong?

The soldiers from the Royal City were frightened, but the alliance army was surprised, happy and full of admiration.

Samus ignored everyone's reaction. The vine patterns on his body loomed again, and countless tentacle-like shadows danced in the air, making him look like an evil ghost walking out of h*ll. His cold eyes swept over the Royal City warriors one by one, looking at them as if they had fallen into an ice cave, their hands and feet stiff.

"Go...go!" Someone shouted, and the remaining warriors from the Royal City lost all willpower and retreated hastily.

They had never seen anyone perform such a weird attack, and they didn't even know how Samus launched the attack. Being k*lled is not terrible, what is truly terrible is the complete loss of magical energy. Losing energy means that he will become a useless person, and Jintila will not raise a useless person.

The information they received was wrong. Not only was Samus uninjured, he was also extremely powerful!

A very powerful person can almost determine the outcome of a battle.

Samus did not stop because of their retreat. The tentacles turned into sharp swords and shot through the air quickly towards their bodies.

The second elemental decomposition started, and another fifty or sixty people fell down in fear.

Others in the Alliance Army also began to hunt down the deserters, and finally k*lled more than 29,000 enemies, including more than 300 magicians, and won an overwhelming victory.

Of the more than 300 magicians, more than 170 died at the hands of Samus.

The plant riot also gradually receded after the energy eased.

The Alliance Army looked at Samus no longer just as a strong man, but as a god of war!

"It's a bit strange." Bai Dong pondered while cleaning up the battlefield, "Although I don't want to pour cold water on everyone, I feel that the strength of the army sent by the Royal City this time is not as strong as expected."

The overall strength of the magicians is stronger than them, but their large weapons and ordinary soldiers have no effect at all, which is a bit unreasonable.

Although Samus' local plant riot did catch them off guard, they should have considered this situation beforehand.

"What's so strange!" Utrey said disapprovingly, "They just underestimated our strength and thought that after the plant riot, we had long since fallen apart and lost our hearts."

"If that was the case, they shouldn't have launched an attack after a month of silence."

A magician from Beitu asked: "Then what is their purpose in launching this wave of attacks?"

"It's very simple." Samus said with a cold expression, "Think in the east and attack in the west."

He tossed his robe, turned around and shouted, "We will form the team in one hour and rush back to Kavos overnight!" Then he said to Bai Dong without looking back, "I'll go first."

With that said, he took one of the wind leopard from a soldier's hand, stepped on the back of the seat and flew away in the dust.

Samus rushed back to Kavos alone, frightening a group of people and thinking that the Allied army had been wiped out!

Della stared at him resentfully and scolded: "How can you lead like this? Why did you leave the large army and come back alone?"

"Did anything happen to Kavos after the Allied forces departed?" Samus made no excuses and went straight to the point.

Alas, this cousin of hers has become a bit difficult to get close to since Duoduo disappeared.

Della replied: "Something did happen. Someone sneaked into the lord's mansion with the intention of k*dnapping or ass*ssinating Duoduo."

Hearing Duoduo's name, Samus' eyes darkened: "The Lord's Mansion is heavily guarded, how could it be so easy for outsiders to sneak in?"

"Goro sent Fan Qi, one of the top ten masters around him, who is good at stealth and can avoid most energy detection."

"Then how did you discover him?" Samus was a little surprised. He and Fan Qi once had met before. In the invisible state, it would be difficult for even him to find him if he wasn't close enough.

"It's because of a superpower plant called 'Starry Night' cultivated by Duoduo." Della sighed a little, "When Fan Qi passed through Courtyard No. 7, he was attacked by the starry night plant and was forced to escape from invisibility.

Samus' pupils shrank, he turned around suddenly, and rushed towards the lord's garden like a sharp arrow...
